The Campus consists of 56,000 total square feet of athletic, academic and sports medicine space. The facility includes 3 basketball courts, 4 volleyball courts, 1 large turf field, an indoor sprint track, over 5,000 sqft of sports performance/ fitness space and a 2,000 sqft sports medicine and athlete recovery center.
The Campus Performance Center strives to be a leader in the athlete development industry and premier destination for skill development, player/ parent/ coach education, injury prevention and recovery. Our program is designed to help athletes and active individuals of all ages and levels reach their desired goals through a creative and thoughtful approach to training. Our programs will be results based and data driven, utilizing state of the art technology and testing.
Additional Program Options
The Advanced P.E. class is available for grades 8-12 and will include all of the components of the traditional High School level P.E. class. The Advance P.E. class will meet twice per week with one class being a weight room session where students will learn proper weight lifting techniques. Students will also learn how to develop their own personal wellness program to incorporate into their daily lives.
Each class will be 1 hour. 8 week program: $144 ($9 per class). Payment is due in full for this program
We at The Campus we understand how valuable the parents/guardians time is and that being the chauffeur often means sacrificing your own personal exercise time. At The Campus we give you that time back! Classes will run simultaneously (with advanced sign ups) as P.E. Classes. Daily and monthly gym memberships are also available.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
The Sports Performance program is geared towards athletes who play competitive sports at the club/ school level and aspire to play at the collegiate/ professional level of their respective sport. This program meets twice per week and sessions run for 12 weeks. All sessions will be 90 minutes long. Student-athletes will be trained in
movement, speed, strength, agility and mobility. This is a comprehensive athlete development program that is executed by certified strength and conditioning specialists.
$240 per month ($30 per session- 15% off regular price)
**Must commit to full 12 weeks to be eligible**
SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
The general Physical Education program will fulfill needed physical education requirements for home schooled students. These 60 minute classes will be activity based with minimal to no homework. The Syllabus will include a checklist of
encouraged activities for out of class activity. The Campus is set up to provide activity through a wide variety of sports and games. The facility includes multiple basketball and volleyball courts, as well as a large turf field. The instructors have a wide range of teaching experience including at the public and private school level as well as coaching multiple sports throughout the school, club and collegiate level. Each semester will be 8 weeks long, with the option of 1 or 2 classes per week. Class sizes will have a max instructor to student ratio of 15:1
